Cancellation Policy
Hi!
Thank you so much for booking with me! Just a quick reminder that I’m a home-based salon.
📍address will be sent after appointment booked. please review before your appointment:
• 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, a $20 late fee applies
• 15 minutes late = appointment canceled
• After 1 no-shows or 2cancellations with less than 48-hour notice, you’ll be blocked from future bookings
• Deposits are non-refundable and do not transfer/
• Final payment options: everything but Cash App/ and checks. I prefer Cash.
• I do not service tender-headed clients
• Shampoo is included with all services
• Hair must be detangled and knot-free (except loc services) or service may be terminated
•No changing hair services within 48hrs/ there is a fee for cancellation less than 24hrs.. 20%
. Sundays are only for premium appointments and there is a 20% surcharge, you must call or txt and I will set your appointment up, you can’t book online on Sundays.
• Emergency appointments or squeeze in appointments are available for an additional $60 fee before or after business hrs
